Instructions to Authors
Prospective authors are asked to submit abstracts of between 300-500 words by e-mail to papers@icolse.org by 30 April 2009. Abstracts may also be submitted via regular mail to the attention of Ed Rupke, Lightning Technologies, Inc., 10 Downing Parkway, Pittsfield, MA, USA 01201, or by fax to 413-499-2503. Papers should make a contribution to the state-of-the-art, present a comprehensive review of the subject discussed, be of high technical quality, supported by technical data and be devoid of commercialism. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified shortly after submitting abstract. Completed manuscripts in electronic format will be reviewed from 15 June 2009 and authors notified of any changes required by 15 July 2009.
The abstract document should include the following information:

- Abstract (300 to 500 words)
